One YTH Experience
From weekly services to small groups, worship to games, every moment is designed to help students grow in their faith and relationships. Our mission is to ignite a movement that reaches a disconnected culture, empowering students to love God, love others, and be a light in the world. Through our core values—One Pulse, One Family, and One Movement—we create a space where students belong, are challenged, and are equipped to live out their faith every day.

A High-Energy Midweek Experience
Ignite is the heartbeat of One Youth, where middle and high school students come together for dynamic worship, powerful messages, and intentional small groups. On Wednesday nights, students experience an atmosphere full of energy, passion, and purpose, followed by age-based small groups where they can dive deeper, connect with leaders, and be challenged in their faith. Ignite isn’t just a service—it’s a movement where students encounter God, build real friendships, and grow into the leaders they were created to be.

Sunday mornings at One Youth are designed with middle schoolers in mind. Sunday Cool is a uniquely curated experience that meets students right where they are, providing a space where they can ask questions, engage in discussion, and build a faith of their own. With interactive lessons, fun activities, and leaders who are passionate about guiding them, Sunday Cool is an intentional environment where middle school students can grow in their relationship with Jesus at a pace that makes sense for them. It’s a space designed just for them, where faith comes alive in a way that’s engaging, relatable, and fun.

Planning your first visit to One Youth? We’ve got you covered. Whether you’re coming for Ignite on Wednesday nights or Sunday Cool, our team is ready to welcome you. Upon arrival, you can expect to meet some of our leaders who will collect some of your info and then be invited into the Youth Auditorium to begin to connect in community.
Do You need a buddy?
At One Church, every student matters. Through our Buddy Program, we offer intentional support so students with special needs can fully participate in services and events. If your student needs specific accommodations, we’d love to connect and create a plan that gives you peace of mind.

Our ONE YTH team is committed to igniting a youth movement to reach a disconnected culture. There are opportunities to serve our youth students as yth leaders on the worship or production teams, prayer teams, and event teams on Wednesday nights at Ignite and Sunday afternoons at Sunday Cool.
